The Plough - we arrived by coach! Our barge having had a coming together with an underwater obstacle that damaged the rudder - oh what a fine mess we got ourselves into !!!

Normanton on Soar - a delightful village well worth exploring which we did

And yes, from the opposite view still no canal barge !
